1. General Policy

All sales for classes, workshops, memberships, and events at Seva Yoga & Wellness are considered final unless otherwise stated below. Refunds, credits, or transfers are issued only in specific circumstances as outlined in this policy.

2. Class Passes and Drop-In Sessions

Class passes and single drop-in purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expiration dates are listed at the time of purchase and cannot be extended except in cases of verified medical issues or documented emergencies. Please reach out to Molly via email with any questions or concerns.
No shows are not be eligible for refunds or credits.
If Seva Yoga & Wellness LLC. needs to cancel class after you have signed up and paid, you WILL be reimbursed for the funds or class pass that you used for said cancelled class.

3. Memberships

Monthly Memberships: You may cancel your membership at any time before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused portions once a payment has been processed.
Annual or Prepaid Memberships: Non-refundable after purchase, except in cases of verified medical conditions preventing continued participation. A written request and supporting documentation are required.

4. Workshops, Events, and Specialty Classes

Cancellations by Participant:
- Refunds will be issued in full if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours prior to the event.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits

Cancellations by Seva Yoga & Wellness:
- If we cancel or reschedule an event, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

5. Private Sessions and Appointments

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are non-refundable and may be charged in full.

If Seva Yoga & Wellness needs to cancel or reschedule a private session (ex: reiki, tarot, meditation, etc) within less than a 24 hour timeframe due to an emergency or sickness, you will receive a second service at a discounted rate, equal to or less than the original cost of service.

6. Retail Purchases

Unused merchandise in original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund or store credit.
Opened or used wellness products, mats, or props are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety considerations.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days of approval.

1. Purpose

This policy ensures a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students, instructors, and staff at Seva Yoga & Wellness. Participation in any class, workshop, or event constitutes agreement to uphold the standards outlined below.

2. Respectful Conduct

Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with courtesy and consideration at all times.
Verbal, physical, or written disrespect—including harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior—will NOT be tolerated.
Differences in ability, background, and practice level must be honored without judgment or comparison. This goes for yourself, as well as others!

3. Studio Etiquette

Arrive on time and remain for the full duration of the class. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class begins, that is up to the teachers discretion. If you need to leave early, please let your teacher know prior to class, or leave quietly if an emergency.
Silence all electronic devices before entering practice space. You may keep them near you, as long as they aren’t a distraction to yourself, or others.
Maintain quiet in studio areas to preserve focus and meditation for others.
Refrain from wearing strong fragrances, as many participants have sensitivities.
Clean and return props, mats, and equipment to their proper places after class.

4. Personal Responsibility

Practice within your limits and follow instructor guidance for safety.
Inform instructors of any injuries or conditions before class begins.
Seva Yoga & Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Keep valuables secured or leave them at home.

5. Health and Safety

Do not attend class if feeling unwell, contagious, or experiencing symptoms of illness.
Respect all posted studio hygiene protocols, including mat cleaning and personal space awareness.
Participation is at your own risk; each student assumes responsibility for their health and safety during practice, and must sign a waiver before attending class.

6. Substance Use

The use of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances before or during participation is prohibited.
Anyone appearing impaired or under the influence will be asked to leave immediately.

7. Instructor and Staff Authority

Instructors and staff reserve the right to deny participation or remove any individual whose behavior disrupts class or compromises safety.
Continued violations may result in suspension or permanent revocation of studio access without refund.

8. Community Commitment

Seva Yoga & Wellness operates as a community space for growth, mindfulness, and respect. Each participant’s conduct contributes to the collective experience. The studio expects all members to uphold integrity, kindness, and accountability in every interaction.
