Hi everyone! I’m a certified 200hr RYT yoga instructor, who’s also in training to get my 500 RYT certification, along with my IYAT somatic yoga healing certificate. I‘m trauma informed certified, as well as a certified Karuna Reiki Master! I am taking over ownership of Seva Yoga Studio in January 2026, and I am VERY excited to bring in some new classes and ideas! 

Also, I have been a spiritualist/energy healer for over twenty years, beginning in my early teenage years. Researching, studying, and training under the best spiritual healers around. Energy healing, and spirituality, have been a huge part of my life, and I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you.
